  • What if the invoice is not correct?

  • Where can I find my invoice?

    Your invoice is available in your account under overview at “My Orders”.

  • How can I change my invoice?

  • What if I have not yet received my invoice?

    Please check if your invoice is available in your account under overview – “My Orders”. Did you just place the order? Then wait until your order has been received by us. After placing an order, you will always receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Payment failed or declined

  • Why if my credit card payment has been declined?

    All credit card payments go through a payment check. Unfortunately, we cannot provide insight into the reason for rejection.

    Your order has been automatically cancelled. Do you still want to receive your order? Then please place it again and choose a different payment method.

  • Why is my payment being checked?

    We always check credit card payments for susceptibility to fraud. It is important to us to protect our customers against fraudsters.

  • What if I paid twice?

    Has the amount been debited several times from your account, but have you only placed one order? Of course, your money we will reimbursed as soon as possible. Please contact us by chat, by e-mail: info@racaparts.com or by phone: (+31) (0)252-227070

  • Why haven’t I received an order confirmation yet?

    Please check if the order amount has been debited.

    If so, we recommend you to wait 1 hour. Payment is sometimes delayed due to overloads. It may take up to one hour for you to receive the order confirmation. Have you not received an order confirmation after one hour? Then please contact us by chat, by e-mail: info@racaparts.com or by phone: (+31) (0)252-227070. Also check your spam, sometimes the order confirmation arrives there.

    If the order amount has not been debited, the payment was not successful. You can then place the order again.

Refunds

  • How do I get my refund?

    If you receive a refund from us, it will either be deducted from an outstanding invoice or transferred to you by bank transfer.

  • How soon will I be refunded after cancelling my order?

    It differs per bank how long it takes before the refund is in your account. We strive to arrange this as soon as possible. If there is an outstanding invoice, the amount will be deducted.

  • How soon will I be refunded after returning products?

    At Raca Parts we use, among other things, MultiSafePay, a Payment Service Provider (PSP) with more than 15 years of experience in mobile and online payment. By using MultiSafePay as a payment solution, you can complete the purchase process in a safe and reliable payment environment

  • What payment options are there?

    Payments can be made with Ideal (the Netherlands), Visa, Mastercard and by bank transfer. As a business customer you also have the option to pay by invoice. If you have an account and place orders on a regularly basis, you will get an extra option in the ordering process. Here you can indicate that you want to pay your order by invoice. You can also state your own purchase number here for internal use.

    MultiSafepay is our online payment partner. Payments for online orders are handled by MultiSafepay. After placing an online order you will be redirected to our secure payment platform. After payment you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have chosen for "bank transfer", all payment details will be sent to you by e-mail. If placing an order by e-mail or telephone, proforma invoice with all payment details will be sent to you by e-mail.
