Raca Parts is your one-stop shop for all your remote control needs

At Raca Parts you can easily place your order online, by telephone or e-mail. If you do not have an account yet, you can register online as a new customer. If you already have an account, you can place your order directly online, place an repeat order or make changes to your data. For resale conditions, favourable offers, larger numbers or, for example, your own logo on our products, please contact our sales department.

How to become a customer

Are you a new customer? We would kindly like to ask you to create an account.

If you already have an online account, your payment conditions and price agreements will be activated within 1 working day. We will inform you about this by email.

If you are not yet a customer with us and register online, you can place your order directly online after you are registered. For payment conditions, quotations, and price agreements, please contact our sales department. Quotations can also be requested directly for a product on the website.

Special offers and conditions

Complaints and returns

At Raca Parts we stand for quality. We strive to provide complete customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase after you receive it, we will work with you to resolve any issues and replace or repair you product(s) or refund your purchase as quickly and efficiently as possible within the terms of this policy.

To return the product, we would kindly ask you to check our RMA procedure. A return with return form (RMA form) makes it easier for us to handle your return. That will speed up the process. Please always fill in the RMA form completely (including Raca Parts - support ID).

Return process:

  • Please complete the RMA form including de Raca Parts - support ID, which you have received in our e-mail. The RMA form can be requested via e-mail: or by phone: +31 (0) 252-227070.
  • Please enclose the completed RMA form with your return shipment and send it back to: Raca Parts | Arnoudstraat 22 | 2182 DZ Hillegom | The Netherlands. Please return your goods within 5 working days after having received the Raca Parts support ID.
  • As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will send you a confirmation. We will do our best to process your return within 5 working days.

General terms and conditions

General Delivery and Sales Terms and Conditions of the Metaalunie as filed with the Chancery office Rotterdam apply to all offers and deliveries. A copy can be provided on request.
