  • How do I register my return? What is the RMA procedure?

    A return with a returnform (RMA form) makes it easier for us to handle your return. That will speed up the process. Please always fill in the RMA form completely (including Raca Parts - support ID).

    Return process:

    1. Please complete the RMA form including de Raca Parts - support ID, which you have received in our e-mail. The RMA form can be requested via e-mail: [support@raca.nl}(mailo:support@raca.nl) or by phone: +31 (0) 252-227070

    2. Please enclose the completed RMA form with your return shipment and send it back to: Raca Parts | Arnoudstraat 22 | 2182 DZ Hillegom | The Netherlands. Please return your goods within 5 working days after having received the Raca Parts support ID.

    3. As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will send you a confirmation. We will do our best to process your return within 5 working days.

Return conditions

  • Can I cancel my return?

    You can always inform us by phone or e-mail. If we do not receive the goods within 5 working days, we will stop the procedure.

  • When do I not may return product?

    Products made especially for you cannot be returned in case of an incorrect order. In that case, we have already informed you about this on our order confirmation.

  • Can I return only one of the products from my order?

    Yes, of course. Products from your order can be returned separately. Please indicate in the return form (RMA) which product you want to return. A product has to be returned to Raca Parts within 3 months upon receipt.

  • What if a part of my order is missing?

    If you miss a part of your order, you can contact us by chat, by mail [info@racaparts.com}(mailo:info@racaparts.com) or by phone: +31 (0) 252-227070

  • Is the product being repaired or will I receive a new one?

    If products have to be tested by Raca Parts and if, after thorough research, we have not been able to find the error you have mentioned, we will return the products to you. In this case shipping costs will be charged.

    If we find a defect in the product returned, we will first try to repair it. If reparation is not possible, we will replace it. The warranty in both cases stays unchanged with a minimum of 3 months.

    REMARK: Our warranty cannot be considered as sample / trial period.

  • Why do I get less money back for my returned product?

    In case of an incorrect order we will only refund 100 % of the purchase amount if you return the goods to Raca Parts within 10 working days after receipt of the goods. For returns between 10 working days and 3 months we will refund 90 % of your purchase amount.

  • What if I have received the wrong product?

  • What are the return conditions with regard to packaging and shipping?

    Goods returned for refund (e.g. false delivery) have to include undamaged and original packaging. Please use extra packaging to return the goods. Damage that results of bad packaging during transport may void our warranty.

    Shipments that are not or insufficiently franked will NOT be accepted.

  • Will I get the full purchase amount back after returning?

    In case of an incorrect order a handling fee of € 15,-- will be charged for processing the return. This handling fee does not apply to products that are defective or must be returned for other reasons.

    In case of an incorrect order we will only refund 100 % of the purchase amount if you return the goods to Raca Parts within 10 working days after receipt of the goods. For returns between 10 working days and 3 months we will refund 90 % of your purchase amount. In case of returning order volumes exceeding € 150,-- in the period between 10 working days and 3 months, the handling fee of € 15,-- will not be charged.

    If you return an incorrect order later than 3 months after receipt of goods, we will not refund any purchase amount.

  • What are the credit conditions?

    The RACA - support ID provided by Raca Group B.V. is only valid for the returned goods and will not automatically result in a refund.

    In case of an incorrect order, you need to return the article within 3 months after receipt to Raca Group B.V. If you return the article later than 3 months after receipt, a refund is no longer possible.

    In case of an incorrect order, Raca will debit an amount of 10% of the purchasing amount as handling fee of the returned shipment. This handling fee will not be charged for products that are defect or other reasons. Incorrect orders below € 75,00 will not be accepted.

    Shipping charges for returned goods will not be refunded, unless you are entitled to this. The article needs to be within warranty, otherwise a refund is not possible.

    Articles made especially for you and have been ordered incorrectly by you, cannot be refunded. In this case we have already informed you of this on our order confirmation and on our invoice.

    In case of original products we will follow the conditions of our supplier at all times. These conditions may differ from our own RMA conditions. Shipping costs incurred by Raca for return shipments to the supplier will be charged.

Status of return

  • How soon will I be refunded after returning?

    It differs per bank how long it takes before the refund is in your account. We strive to arrange this as soon as possible. If there is an outstanding invoice, the amount will be deducted.

  • Can I exchange my product directly with the carrier?

    No, unfortunately this is not possible. You should always follow our RMA procedure, so that we can handle your complaint and / or repair quickly and efficiently.

    Please note: A return with RMA form (including Raca Parts - support ID) speeds up the processing.

  • Do you collect my product on location or do I have to return it myself?

    As soon as you have started the return process, we will agree with you how the product will get back to us.

  • What if my new product is cheaper or more expensive than the product I returned?

    If a product is cheaper than the product you have returned, we will deduct this difference from the outstanding invoice. In this case the difference could be transferred to your account.

    If a product is more expensive than the product you have returned, we will charge these extra costs.

  • What do I have to do to return my product?
